Renovatio (Latin: "Renewal") is an apprenticeship programme through which the Splendour Team closely mentors young adults in living the Christian life. Through Renovatio, we coach them to discern and consider what the Gospel asks of them and how they might fashion their lives according to God's specific will for them.

This is a programme for young adults who are seriously looking for direction in their lives. They are typically people who are close in touch with the Splendour Team.

This programme is not usually open for public application as it functions by relationality and friendship, and therefore, mostly by invitation extended to individuals to journey with our team as their relationship develops with us.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE FOR A CANDIDATE TO BE AN APPRENTICE UNDER RENOVATIO?

1 Be a baptised, confirmed, and practising Catholic;

3 Be serious about discerning God's will in his/her life and willing to consider what the Gospel demands of him/her;

2 Have completed secondary school education (Form 5)

4 Be willing to be guided out of his/her own freewill, not out of compulsion or coercion;

5 Be committed to staying in constant touch with us, meeting with us whenever we are available, attending our formation sessions regularly, and perhaps attending a retreat under our guidance at given intervals.​​

The Splendour Team is always open to dialoguing with young people who are sincerely seeking the will of God for their lives. While we deal mainly with crowds of people, we acknowledge the necessity of also journeying at a more personal level with those who are willing to invest their time and effort in seeking God's desire for them.
