Overall, my husband Patrick and I deeply appreciate what Deacon Sherman and the team have done.  They’ve tried to provide us with the best, by way of food, lodging, transport. And, above all, a most wonderful priest in Fr Michael Chua, not to mention Deacon Sherman himself, who was forever ‘mothering’ us with not only spiritual food, but making sure we were all happy and safe (‘Come to me if you need some medication’, ‘Don’t go to bed hungry, ‘Check your “BEC members” are all with you’, etc.)"

"I have been for many pilgrimage trips before, but this has been one of the best trips because the pilgrims are so kind to one another and there was no bickering among them. Rather, they were so kind that I found myself receiving help all the time certain moments of the journey when I was unsure that I would be able to make it.
